Welcome to Jir 1s Inc. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase or use of our video editing, photo editing, and custom Photoshop design services.
By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Our Services
Jir 1s Inc. provides digital creative services, including video editing, photo editing, image retouching, background removal, image composition, custom Photoshop design, graphic editing, and other related digital editing services.
The exact scope of each project may vary depending on the customer’s requirements, submitted materials, selected service, and agreed specifications.
2. Customer Requirements and Materials
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, clear instructions, reference materials, and any files necessary to complete the requested service.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to provide any images, videos, graphics, documents, or other materials submitted to Jir 1s Inc.
You must not submit materials that you do not have the legal right to use, edit, reproduce, or modify.
Jir 1s Inc. may decline a project if the requested work involves unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
3. Custom Service Process
After receiving your order and project information, we may review the requirements to determine the appropriate editing approach.
For projects requiring clarification, we may contact you using the information provided with your order.
The final result will be based on the instructions, specifications, reference materials, and files provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing project requirements before submitting an order to ensure that all necessary information and materials have been provided.
4. Billing & Payment Terms
All purchases made through Jir 1s Inc. are one-time sales and one-time purchases.
Our services do not involve subscriptions, memberships, recurring billing, automatic renewals, or recurring charges.
When you purchase a service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for the specific service or project selected at checkout.
The amount charged will be the price displayed or otherwise agreed for the applicable service, together with any applicable taxes or other charges disclosed during the purchase process.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, the order will be considered submitted for processing.
We do not automatically charge customers for future services. Any future purchase must be separately initiated and authorized by the customer.
If you believe that a payment was made incorrectly or you notice an unauthorized transaction, please contact us promptly so that we can review the matter.
5. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Jir 1s Inc. may not directly store complete payment card information on its own systems.
By submitting payment information, you agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and to comply with the applicable terms of the payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review a transaction when there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or other security issues.
6. Pricing
Prices for our services are displayed on the website or communicated to the customer before purchase.
We reserve the right to update service prices, descriptions, or availability at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any applicable taxes will be presented during the checkout process when required.
7. Revisions and Customer Feedback
For custom projects, customers should provide complete instructions and feedback as early as reasonably possible.
Where revisions are included with a particular service, the scope and number of revisions will depend on the service purchased or the terms agreed for the project.
A revision generally means an adjustment to work based on the original project requirements. A substantially different concept, new project scope, or significant change in the original instructions may require an additional purchase or separate agreement.
8. Delivery of Digital Services
Completed digital files may be delivered electronically through email, download links, customer accounts, or another appropriate digital delivery method.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the amount of work required, the completeness of customer-provided materials, and communication during the project.
Any estimated completion time is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services may involve customized digital work performed specifically for a customer, refund eligibility may depend on the status and nature of the project.
Customers should review our Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, refunds, revisions, and other applicable conditions.
If a project has not yet entered the production stage, cancellation requests may be considered where reasonably possible.
Once substantial custom work has been completed or delivered, refunds may be limited except where otherwise required by applicable law or provided under our Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Jir 1s Inc. respects intellectual property rights.
Customers retain ownership of materials they lawfully provide to us, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers grant Jir 1s Inc. a limited permission to access, copy, modify, process, and use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
