  1. Nature of Digital Products
    Since all our products are digital content, downloading constitutes completion of the service. Therefore, our refund policy employs specific terms to protect the rights of both parties.
  2. Refund Request Conditions
    2.1 Dissatisfaction and Return Policy
    If you are not satisfied with the completed design, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the work, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for modification. We will strive to meet your needs and improve the design through reasonable modifications.
    Please note that if you do not communicate promptly after receiving the file, we will be unable to process any refund requests.
    2.2 Non-Recoverable Products
    For digital products, once you download and confirm receipt of the design, the product is considered delivered and refunds are not possible.
  3. Refund Processing Procedure
    If you wish to request a refund after product delivery, please follow these steps:
    Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email ([email protected]), providing your order number and the reason for the refund.
    Provide Feedback: We will assess your specific situation and may require additional information or evidence.
    Refund Decision: Upon receiving your request, we will assess it within 5 business days and inform you of the refund result. If the refund is approved, we will return the funds to your original payment account within 7 business days.
  4. Exceptions
    The following situations are not covered by the refund policy:
    Delivery failure due to incorrect information provided by the customer (such as email address or contact information);
    Customer comments expressed before design confirmation that were not communicated to us.
